Questions
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Text, photos, phone, email, hours and services, any time, from your phone, as often as you like. Changes stay a draft until you press Publish, and Undo puts the last version back.
When do I pay?
Not until you’ve seen your website and said yes. The first charge is on the day it goes live.
What if I don’t like the preview?
Tell us what you’d like changed. One round of changes before launch is included, and further rounds are quoted first. If you decide not to go ahead, you don’t pay anything.
What does the 12-month minimum mean?
You pay $149 a month for at least 12 months, $1,788 in total. After that it goes month to month and you can cancel any time. If you cancel, you can ask for a copy of your site to take with you.
What if I want something bigger changed?
Ask ohhello. One request a month is included for anything you can’t change yourself, like a new section or a different layout, done within five business days. Extra requests are quoted first.
How long does it take?
Live in under a week from a finished form, once you’ve said yes to the preview.
What isn’t included?
Online shops, SEO campaigns, ads, email hosting, and open-ended design rounds.
